Anyone else’s pain disappear… then come back?

This is exactly what I mean in the video.

Most people treat the sore spot:
• the tight muscle
• the painful joint
• the area that “feels wrong”

And yes! that can feel better short-term.

But pain doesn’t keep coming back because you missed one tight bit.
It comes back because your nervous system is still in protection mode.

So even when the tissue calms down…
your body hasn’t learned that it’s safe yet.

That’s why relief fades.
That’s why pain returns.

Real, long-term change comes from doing things in the right order 👇

🧠 Calm the nervous system first
🏃 Retrain movement and control
💪 Build strength that sticks

If you skip steps and only chase the sore spot, pain usually finds its way back.

👇 Comment “ME” if this sounds familiar
or tell me where your pain keeps returning

So why does it feel like the sensation shoots up or down the body?

Because muscles are directly linked to the nervous system → not just local tissue

Stimulating one sensitive point can create a referred sensation → the signal travels, not the needle

This is not nerve damage → it’s the nervous system reacting

The response is normal, temporary, and safe when done correctly

The goal isn’t pain → it’s to reduce tension and calm the system

Post-op knee wouldn’t straighten → not the knee
LCL + PCL surgery done → still stuck
Calf in constant guard mode → acting like a brake
Dry needling → nervous system down-regulates
Calf lets go → knee extension comes back

Sometimes rehab isn’t about forcing movement
It’s about removing what’s blocking it.

Your shoulder isn’t tight, it’s unstable.

When the subscap is weak, it doesn’t switch off.
It grips harder to try and stabilise the shoulder.

That “protection” pulls the shoulder up and forward,
changes joint position,
and eventually creates pain, pinching, or loss of control.

So stretching it more?
Often just feeds the problem.

Stability first.
Then strength.
Then mobility.

If your shoulder always feels tight at the front, this is usually why.

Chronically tight calves needed some help!

Chronically weak adductors often tighten to create stability.
That tightness can rotate the femur → change joint loading → pain shows up somewhere else.
This is why just stretching never fixes it.
