If only I could somehow share smells via social media 🤔🤷‍♀️. These locally sourced candles from are delightful. When I collected these candles from the warehouse, there were some incredible fragrances from the building alone - what a great place to work!

These candles are themed with some of my favorite places in and around Sheffield 💚.

I'm looking forward to adding these to some of the Sensory Soothe Boxes 😄.

This is a simple exercise to center yourself and connect with the world around you. Practice it throughout the day, especially any time you find yourself getting caught up in your thoughts and feelings.
1.Plant your feet into the floor.
2.Push them down—notice the floor beneath you, supporting you.
3.Notice the muscle tension in your legs as you push your feet down.
4.Notice your entire body—and the feeling of gravity flowing down through your head, spine, and legs into your feet.
5.Now look around and notice what you can see and hear around you. Notice where you are and what you’re doing.

These 👏 smell 👏incredible 👏. I'm so pleased to share these Remedy Rolls from with you. I have used similar products in the past to help me manage my nerves (specifically in dreaded job interviews 🤪...!). These products will be featured in one of the Sensory Soothe Boxes very soon 😁.

I've been SO excited about starting this business over the past couple of weeks! I'm aware though that it occupies a large proportion of my thoughts throughout the day. If you're a business owner, I'm sure you'll know how easy it is to get caught up in the excitement of it all, which can leave you forgetting the things that are most important in life.
What I find to be helpful is taking time out to look at the bigger picture and find perspective on things. Being grounded in nature is so important to me.

My 5 senses

See: tall trees, flat footpath, clouds, water
Hear: wind, my footsteps
Feel: branches under my feet, clothes on my skin
Smell: pine trees, grass
Taste: water
