March at Grow is a gentle awakening. That part of the morning where your eyes have opened but you’ve not got up yet.

As Mother Nature begins to awaken from her slumber, so do we. Very, very gently.

We are in a beautiful transition. The seasonal shift from winter to spring, at grow we are inviting a gentle awakening into our bodies, energy system & lifestyle.

We have been LOVING the wild woman energy pulsing through our space this month. From myth circles, to galentines, wild woman socials & womb yoga groups.

This Friday we introduce EMBODIED, an evening of wild, untamed self expression through somatic movement.

EMBODIED is Evie’s creation. A session for women wanting to reconnect with the body and movement, in a much deeper way than aesthetic.

So much of our cultural messaging focuses on the way the body looks. Somatic practices take you into how the body feels, senses and experiences. Connecting you with the bodies true intelligence & beauty.

You may have noticed bringing more of her work to grow. Evie’s sessions centre somatics, seasonality & community - so she fits perfectly here.

Wow, last night was beyond words but I want to speak whilst I still have the left over feeling. Our four month ‘myth as medicine’ womens circle immersion has begun.

Community, storytelling, ritual, WILD movement, deep self reflection and journaling, all in a magical sacred container held by .

Over the next four months we will explore four myths from ‘women who run with the wolves’ - and not through the lens of analysis.

Through laying down, listening to the story, feeling its impact, going inwards and engaging in ritual and practices to deepen the story - within a group of trusted women. ⭕️

We began this journey with ‘La Loba’, wolf woman. A story that guided us to connect with the buried bones of our selves & our lives, the parts of our wild & instinctive nature that don’t get enough time or space. The parts of ourselves that need breathing and singing and dancing and loving back to life.

Thank you so much for bringing your wild spirit into our space. Thank you to the circle of women I’ll be sharing the next four months with. Thank you to the myths and stories, the lands that they came from & the way they stand the test of time and help my mind understand life a little bit better.

The wild woman energy is pulsing through grow at the moment. Next Friday we have hosting ‘EMBODIED’ an evening of untamed, wild expression through somatic movement.

I’ll put the link in our bio ✨🌙🌹🐺

Join solo or bring your favourite girlie/s. We are going to treat you like queeeeens. 👑

Happy full moon day 🌕 it feels like a really perfect day to let you know that we have one space left in our ‘myth as medicine’ four part series, inspired by ‘Women Who Run With The Wolves’ & created by ✨

What happens in this series? ⭕️✨🌀

Once per month we will meet in the same group to explore a different myth from the book women who run with the wolves.

The way we explore the myth is the most interesting part to me. Carmen will help us to sense how the myths energy lands within us, and to feel our unique relationship and lessons within this story.

Myth and storytelling are old, old ways of understanding & communicating, I’m so excited to have Carmen bringing this right into our little space for our community.

When is this series? ⭕️✨🌀

13/02, 13/03, 10/04, 08/05. 18.00-20.30.

How much does this series cost? ⭕️✨🌀

£33 per circle. You must pay for the entire series as no drop ins are available for this course. You can either pay upfront or we are able to offer month by month payment plans.

How do I book?

Our therapeutic closed group, who is it for?

This group is for women who are living with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or other mind-body struggles - who are looking for ways to support themselves holistically, in a group setting.

We are aware that the group element may be completely nerve-wracking, completely exciting - or anything inbetween. You are fine to join nervous and unsure.

A closed group is where the same people meet each week. Over time, it’s really likely that you’ll become more comfortable with the group.

This could also be great for those who have hit a wall with talking therapy, or who are looking for something to compliment their talking therapy / other therapies.

You do not need any official diagnosis to join - if you are a woman and you feel you’d like to explore some holistic methods to support your mind-body health. This is for you.

Please contact if you are unsure, and if you’re ready to book your place you can click the link in the bio 🌷

In what condition is my relationship to the wild, instinctual self?

As & I prepare for the beginning of the new ‘myth as medicine’ circles, she has been sharing her musings & ponderings - and this has been my favourite reflection.

This isn’t a question that requires an answer really, but it opens the door to notice. To sense how far or how close we feel to that part of ourselves that knows when to rest, when to move, when to create, how to be fierce, how to settle. The part of ourselves that exists beneath what the world expects of us.

Myth has always offered a way back to this terrain. Not through effort, but through story, symbol, and imagination. Through archetypes that bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to something older and wiser.

‘Myth as medicine’ a four part womens circle series, inspired by Women Who Run With The Wolves.

I am beyond excited to be a part of this, we will begin on Friday 13th February. I hope I’ll see you there! 🌀

This winter, we’re opening a new therapeutic closed group at Grow 😌

This group is for women who are navigating things like anxiety, overwhelm, stress - and who are looking for holistic, consistent support within a familiar group.

In a closed group, you’ll practice with the same people each week, allowing trust and safety to build over time. Sessions will be slow, grounded, and supportive, with no pressure to share or perform in any way.

The group will be led by Katie, who has been holding therapeutic groups & 1-1s at grow for nearly two years. Katie is a mental health nurse, somatic coach, embodiment facilitator, and yoga teacher, and her sessions are rooted in nervous system care, community, and respect for each person’s pace.

This is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating a steady space where regulation, connection, and support can gently unfold.

I’ll be sharing more details soon. Love,

Katie & Elisha

Some stories refuse to disappear. They’re told & retold, across cultures & landscapes. They might change shape, but the essence remains. Many of the myths we know today are thousands of years old, and as we prepare for a new circle space at grow it’s got me questioning - how do these stories survive for so long?

The more I learn from the more I realise, they’re not just stories.

Myth is woven into culture, land and the body. Myth helps us to explore patterns that live not just within us, but within our culture, community and our history.

Clarissa Pinkola Estés speaks of myth as a doorway into the wild self. A place where something ancient meets itself, where story meets sensation, memory & imagination.

is a holistic therapist, a Priestess practitioner & a myth weaver devoted to the reclamation of women’s wild, instinctual knowing.

This is the terrain that we will begin to explore with as she brings some of her incredible work to grow in February 2026. Please follow Carmen & sign up to our mailer to be the first to hear about this kind of stuff.

LOVE!
Elisha
