Join us in Sheffield at .fire.studios where a women’s self love retreat is taking place. We will be receiving the wonderful healing energy of reiki healing, taking part in a cacao ritual and delving into a shamanic naked paint pour workshop - yes NAKED!

Now at first this might sound uncomfortable but as someone who has taken part of these naked paint workshops I can honestly say I left feeling so confident, empowered and proud of who I am. What an honour it is to gather together with women, express our authentic self’s and naked bodies without feeling judged and sexualized. It’s so EMPOWERING and sacred.

I am currently taking time off from 1-1s this May however I have mine and Jane’s women’s self love retreat going ahead this May.

I wanted to share some of my journey to show you it does get better and you CAN show love to yourself. I’m not saying it’s easy but growth is uncomfortable and it’s so necessary to get where you want to be.

This retreat is for the women who feel trapped in self limiting beliefs, who struggle to show themselves love, who don’t take time to prioritize themselves.

Join us this May as and I collaborate together offering a sacred self love women’s retreat. This retreat will explore self love and connection like never before. Starting the retreat with an open heart ritual, leading on to a womb Reiki healing circle, we will break for a vegetarian feast and then finally take part in a special naked shamanic paint pour ceremony!
