🕕 Wednesdays | 7:40 - 8:30pm
📍 Bradway, S17

These classes are designed to help with:
• stiffness & aches
• strength & stability
• improving movement & confidence
• general wellbeing 💚

Suitable for all abilities, with exercise options and modifications throughout. Small class sizes and a really lovely group atmosphere too 😊

💷 6-week block = £60 (£10 per session)

If you ever miss a session, I also offer alternative classes or online options where possible 😊

Small, physio-led classes focused on building strength, improving mobility and helping you move better, especially if you’re dealing with aches or stiffness.

I also run a Saturday class at 9:15am.

A lot of people think they need to rest when something feels stiff or achy… but actually, the right kind of movement is often what helps most.

Building strength and improving control around joints can really help reduce pain and improve how your body feels day to day.

That’s exactly what we focus on in my Pilates classes. Helping you feel stronger, more stable and move better.

Things like a stiff back in the morning, tight hips after sitting, or shoulders that always feel a bit tense.

It doesn’t always have to stay that way.

With the right approach, small changes can make a big difference to how your body feels day to day.

Shoulder exercises from a physiotherapist 💪

These band exercises help strengthen the rotator cuff, upper back, and shoulder blade muscles to improve shoulder stability.

The reel shows easy → harder progressions, so you can start simple and build strength gradually.

Does anyone else deal with aches or stiffness that just won’t seem to shift? Things like lower back pain, tight hips, sore shoulders or general stiffness from work or everyday life.

I run a small physiotherapy, sports massage and clinical Pilates service in Bradway (S17) and see this quite often.

I also run small physio-led Pilates classes:
Wednesday 7:40–8:30pm
Saturday 9:15am

Hi everyone! Quick question…

How many people here are dealing with aches or stiffness that just won’t seem to shift? Things like back pain, tight hips, sore shoulders or general stiffness from work or exercise.

I’m a physiotherapist based in Bradway (S17) and I run small clinical Pilates classes, as well as physiotherapy assessments and sports massage appointments locally.

I see a lot of people who have been putting up with things for months thinking it’s “just one of those things”, but often there are simple ways to help improve it.
