As many of you know, I’ve recently started early morning Saturday Pilates classes and I absolutely love running them 💚 There are still a few spaces available at 8:00am and 9:15am.

You can book single sessions or save a bit with block bookings.

I started these classes because I genuinely love helping people understand their bodies better, learning how to move well, build strength and feel more confident in everyday life. Pilates isn’t about being “good at exercise”, it’s about moving in a way that feels right for you.

These classes are beginner-friendly and great if you struggle with things like hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, neck or lower back pain. We focus on strength, movement and awareness, not rushing or pushing through pain.

Classes are kept small on purpose, so I can really focus on you and your movement (quality over quantity always).
No fancy equipment needed — just yourself 😊

Pilates isn’t just about fitness or flexibility. When guided properly, especially through APPI Pilates, it can be a really supportive way to help people move more comfortably with a range of conditions.

Pilates may help if you’re living with or recovering from:

💛 A little Pilates update 💛

Just a quick post to share what’s happening with Pilates at the moment 😊
The classes are calm, welcoming, and all about moving your body in a way that feels good, building strength and confidence as you go.

🕗 8:00am class
This one has a bit more room at the moment if anyone fancies an early start and a good stretch.

🕘 9:15am class
This class is getting quite full now, with only a few spaces left.

I’m also wondering if there’s interest in another option…
‼️ Would a 10:30am Pilates class suit anyone better?
