Mollys words - It’s hard to know where to start apart from saying a huge thank to Beth! This is truly the best thing I’ve ever done. I finally showed up for myself and invested in my health with Beth to guide and support me along the way.

After a traumatic experience 8 years ago, the negative habits creeped into my life and so did the weight gain. I tried multiple times to lose weight but felt like it was impossible. Enter Beth’s coaching! For me I needed that accountability and the weekly motivation to keep me going. The coaching wasn’t about giving Beth control, but about her helping me take control back.

My journey began with Beth’s Boxercise class, followed by her 1:1 coaching and 20 weeks later I’m 26lbs lighter. But it’s not about the scales, Beth helped me with changing my relationship with exercise, food, alcohol, wellbeing, mental and physical resilience, I could keep listing. Simply put, I’m the happiest and fittest I’ve ever been in my life.

I’ve gone from being someone who hardly exercised to someone who exercises 5 times a week and actually enjoys it. I even went to the gym when I was on holiday and I could hardly recognise the person I am now!

I’m happy with what I see in the mirror and even started wearing fitted clothes again after years of covering myself up in baggy jumpers.

I would 1000% recommend Beth’s coaching to anyone. Beth is such a wonderful person and so passionate about what she does, you won’t regret having her join you on your health journey.

Transformation Tuesday 🥳 👏🏼

Firstly, I’d like to say a massive THANK YOU to Beth, for helping me when I was stuck in life.
Having had a tough year, I needed to take back control of something I could, and effect change. As Beth pointed out, I’ve spent my career caring and looking after others, and realised I needed to take care of myself.

I knew Beth was the person for this journey with me. I’ve known her for almost 8 years, attend her awesome boxercise classes and have a huge admiration for her motivation and encouraging physical trainer skills.
I knew the 16 week fitness coaching journey wasn’t going to be easy. However, with motivation to change and Beth’s support and coaching, I’ve smashed my goals.

At the start of the process,I didn’t want to be identified. I was disappointed in how I had let my fitness slip and embarrassed. Now I’m happy for Beth to share it’s me, because if it helps others see it is possible, that’s the most important thing.

After just 3 weeks in, I no longer plodded upstairs, took a few moments to catch my breath, then try and remember what I went up for!!! I feel so much lighter on my feet and so much more energetic.
My overall fitness levels are unbelievable compared to when I started.
Not only do i feel physically fitter and stronger, but also mentally and emotionally.
2 stone lighter.
Sleeping better.
Mentally preparing for further challenges.
If I can do this, so can you!
Believe in yourself, love yourself, trust the process.
