Firstly, I’d like to say a massive THANK YOU to Beth, for helping me when I was stuck in life.
Having had a tough year, I needed to take back control of something I could, and effect change. As Beth pointed out, I’ve spent my career caring and looking after others, and realised I needed to take care of myself.
I knew Beth was the person for this journey with me. I’ve known her for almost 8 years, attend her awesome boxercise classes and have a huge admiration for her motivation and encouraging physical trainer skills.
I knew the 16 week fitness coaching journey wasn’t going to be easy. However, with motivation to change and Beth’s support and coaching, I’ve smashed my goals.
At the start of the process,I didn’t want to be identified. I was disappointed in how I had let my fitness slip and embarrassed. Now I’m happy for Beth to share it’s me, because if it helps others see it is possible, that’s the most important thing.
After just 3 weeks in, I no longer plodded upstairs, took a few moments to catch my breath, then try and remember what I went up for!!! I feel so much lighter on my feet and so much more energetic.
My overall fitness levels are unbelievable compared to when I started.
Not only do i feel physically fitter and stronger, but also mentally and emotionally.
2 stone lighter.
Sleeping better.
Mentally preparing for further challenges.
If I can do this, so can you!
Believe in yourself, love yourself, trust the process.
