We are an established physiotherapy practice based right next to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. The practice started over 30 years ago and has enjoyed a growing reputation for our clinical skills ever since. Our unique mix of clinical experience, advanced training and progressive treatment gives us reason to be confident that we can provide the specialist care you need. We have now gathered a team of expert clinicians and have expanded the services we offer - creating a one-stop centre of excellence for musculoskeletal medicine. Huge congratulations to Liz who is doing amazing on her rehab journey🤩 In July 2025 Liz underwent an elective total hip replacement following years of pain that was impacting her ability to run. Post- operatively she has been working closely with Mia as part of studio rehab sessions with the main focus on getting back running- something Liz made clear at the first session! Fast forward to four months later and she has just sumitted Skiddaw in Cumbria- 15,000 steps, 8km, 870m elevation!!! As the new year approaches we will update you with Liz’s progress on her return to running! Keep going Liz!!🏃🏼‍♀️
