Today's action: walk for ten minutes. Leave your phone.
That's the whole brief.
The science is quietly brilliant - ten minutes of light movement outside without a screen lowers cortisol, lifts mood, and breaks the rumination loops your brain gets stuck in when it's been staring at the same wall for too long.
But you don't need the science. You need a coat and ten minutes.
Down the canal at Kelham. Up to Devonshire Green from Brook Place. Round the block. It doesn't matter where. What matters is the phone stays in your pocket and your eyes meet something that isn't a screen.
Save this. Walk later.
This week's theme is Action. We'll share one every day. None of them cost anything. All of them help.
If you're struggling, please talk to someone. You're not meant to do this on your own.
