Really pleased with the location for last nights yoga and Soundbath at Stannington Community Centre. My next Women only Deep Rest - Restorative yoga and Soundbath is at Worrall Community Association on December 6th, 10am-12pm, only 2 spaces left!

A sneak peak into yesterday’s Soundbath workshop at hotpod in Chesterfield , starting with gentle slow-flow yoga and finishing with a candlelit soundbath. The perfect way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Women only Yin Yoga classes at Underbank School Room in Stannington, Every Tuesday morning from 10-11am.
£10 drop in or cheaper with 5 or 10 class passes.

Yin yoga is deeply nourishing for both body and mind. By holding poses for longer periods, it gently stretches and hydrates the connective tissues, improving joint mobility and flexibility while easing chronic pain and tension. On a mental level, its slow, meditative pace calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and cultivates mindfulness — helping you feel more balanced, grounded, and at ease.

Beyond thrilled with my new venue for yoga and soundbaths. Underbank Schoolroom in Stannington is right on the edge of the countryside with incredible views.
Tuesdays 10-11am Yin Yoga (women only)
Thursdays 10-11am slow flow yoga and meditation (women only)
