Stop waiting until you are hungry to eat. Sometimes we don't feel hungry but our body still needs nutrients. Especially when it is time to eat.❌
There are numerous factors why we sometimes don't feel hungry when it is time to eat.
It's not that we feel full, we just don't feel hungry sometimes. This done everyday can lead to weight loss, muscle loss, fatigue, feeling weak, low sugar etc.
I have this problem where if I'm busy I don't get hungry until I sit down to rest after I have finished being busy.
10am is my second meal time of the day. I wasn't hungry but still I ate -
40g chicken breast
60g sweet potato
30g sprouts
30g pineapple
1 banana
10g of protein yogurt.
So do not be fooled thinking of I'm not hungry I don't need food ❌
Eat at your set eating times hungry or not ✅
