Stop waiting until you are hungry to eat. Sometimes we don't feel hungry but our body still needs nutrients. Especially when it is time to eat.❌

There are numerous factors why we sometimes don't feel hungry when it is time to eat.

It's not that we feel full, we just don't feel hungry sometimes. This done everyday can lead to weight loss, muscle loss, fatigue, feeling weak, low sugar etc.

I have this problem where if I'm busy I don't get hungry until I sit down to rest after I have finished being busy.

10am is my second meal time of the day. I wasn't hungry but still I ate -

40g chicken breast
60g sweet potato
30g sprouts

30g pineapple
1 banana
10g of protein yogurt.

So do not be fooled thinking of I'm not hungry I don't need food ❌

Eat at your set eating times hungry or not ✅

Did you know (Dates) are a powerful cancer fighting food. ✅

Regular consumption enables the properties the dates hold to clean out your colon. ✅

After years of passing waste through your colon, small amounts of the waste gets left behind. Over time this builds up and bacteria etc starts to form. ❌

This opens the door to cancer of the colon. ❌

Regular consumption of dates.

For example once a week will be enough to keep your colon clean.. ✅

We need to add foods like these to incorporate with our diet. ✅

If you have a sweet tooth, dates are perfect healthy snacks. Even better when dip in peanut butter.. ✅

When we get to a certain age especially, we need to look at what we are putting into our bodies.. 👍

Good morning everyone. We hope you all have had a good weekend. 😊

Diabetes is caused by numerous factors. Two of the main factors are .

POOR DIET AND LACK OF EXERCISE ✅

After 40 years of age not looking at what we are putting into our body. ❌

Cooking and consuming our favourite foods, everyday of the week. ❌

Picking and choosing when to feed our body. ❌

Consuming food with no nutrients. ❌

Consuming too much food. ❌

Consuming to much carbohydrates. ❌

Then exercise comes into play.. ✅

The sugar we consume builds up in our body. ❌

Exercise uses that sugar, so if the sugar is not being used it’s just builds up with no where to go. ❌

Exercise get rids expended calories. ✅

Without exercise the expended calories build up with every meal, everyday. ❌

With a simple diet and exercise we are helping our body for fend of diabetes, cancer, dementia etc…

Work is very important as we need money to live.

Exercise and watching very carefully what you put into our bodies is more important than work believe it or not.

How do we expect to live a healthy life if we are not looking after our organs, heart, kidney, liver etc.

Without life there is no work. Think about that for a second.

The main causes of 80% of the illnesses we are seeing in England is down to the food we are consuming. On top of that, lack of exercise.

As we age it becomes vital that we look after and take care of ourselves.

Too much of us are taking things for granted. Blaming busy lives and work for not giving our body nutrients it needs at the right times , if at all and expect our body functions to work correctly..

We research on a daily basis, and what studies have found is the food of today is not safe to eat. We can only speak for England, as this is where we reside. Although a lot of food manufacturers do supply globally.

The food industry has changed. They don't care for our health and well-being. What they do care about is shelf life and cost cutting.

Using chemicals for shelf life and taste and using substitutes for cheaper ingredients.

The worst thing of all is that they are targeting children. This damages organs slowly from early on.

The only way forward from here is to farm your own food. I understand not everyone can do this, so the next best thing is to cook your food from scratch with trusted ingredients bought from trusted places, not the supermarkets.

There is too much information here to put in one post, so I will go into this more post by post.
