This Reiki is described as pure & transformative which is capable of working on deeper mental, emotional & spiritual levels, you can expect to experience deep relaxation during these sessions, this relaxation can help to reduce stress, anxiety & promote a sense of deep peace within & it helps with physical healing also 🙌

Believe it or not but even after your session, after you have gone - i always wonder how your doing especially if i know your going through tough times, exciting times, new challenges, happy times & changes.

This course is over two days & is a fantastic opportunity to grow & advance in your reiki healing journey & enable you to become a Master /Teacher in this wonderful holistic healing therapy.

You have to be qualified in both Shoden & Okuden to train in the master course. Its a full on couple of days, lots of practical teaching, homework & theory on both days & between teaching days too.

Im so looking forward to teaching this fabulous course again 😊💫🙏

A manual will be provided to each student on arrival - that you will keep

This course is certified so you shall recieve a framed certificate at the end of the two day course.

And i am always available for reiki advanced days - watsapp support group & extra time for practice if needed.

..................✨️ Happy 1st Day Of 2026 ✨️.................

This is the first post - learning about our energy & how we can help raise our frequency

I thought we'd kick off the new year by learning about gratitude & how it can help us rewire our brain as well as elevating our personal frequency.

Ive started with making a Jar for positive affirmations & writing down one thing im greatful for - which i shall do everyday even if its only one small thing.

This is something you can do too. So go grab an empty jar, some paper & a pen. 🫙📃🖊 you can even make your jar fancy, sparkly & decorate it up a bit.

How does gratitude rewire our brain - a consistent positive activity such as writing down what were grateful for helps strengthen our positive neural pathways making it easier to default to positive thoughts & emotions - so by doing this exercise each day you will strengthen your happy hormones as well as it releasing dopamine & seretonin which helps improve your mood, promotes calm & also can help to lower blood pressure too! Being greatful also helps to boost your immune system, improves sleep, lessens negative thoughts & helps you to feel lighter in turn expanding your energy field which is so important in keeping us protected.

So all in all its great for our emotional, mental, spiritual & our physical selves too!
