We are able to help others on their journey because we know - we've endured our own hardships, health battles, mental & emotional health issues - so this is what makes us good at what we do - we can help through our own lessons weve learnt, through our own hard times weve been through - it helps to know that someone understands and will be there for you and help you regain insight, hope, healing, love & upliftment.

But it still takes alot of work so keep going - your worth it & you are worthy of healing, love & kindness & for someone to just sit & listen in a safe space.

So when you step into my little room just know its your time to just BE & release anything you need to let go of & take away with you all the healing light you need.

💫Arch Angel Raphiel & Colours Seen During Reiki Sessions 💫

Before i start any Reiki session i always ask my guides to step forward - one of them being Arch Angel Raphiel who i work very closely with - and the colour that people often report seeing during their sessions is Green 💚 i love channeling this beautiful energy & colour in every session!
People do report seeing other colours too during their sessions which tend to signify movement, balancing & cleansing / clearing of energy within your chakra systems. These visual experiences correspond to healing that is taking place within your emotional bodies & physical body.

Here are some other colours that you may have experienced & their meaning

🤍 white - connects to soul star chakra which represents soothing the spirit, creates a strong protective shield around your energy, balance, strong connection to the divine & purity.

💜 violet / purple - connects with the crown which represents spiritual healing, emotional balance, releasing energy blocks, connecting you to your higher self, enlightenment, intelligence, miracles, bliss.

💙 blue / indigo - connected to the third eye & throat chakra which represents clear communication, enhanced intuition, inner wisdom, expressing yourself, truth, purpose, service / acts of service to others.
