Full deep clean / repair carried out on this lovely tub✅

Customer hadn’t had a full service since buying the tub so decided to book us in to assess some minor issues along with a full deep clean bringing this tub back to 100%

Plenty of hidden grime inside the jet bodies👀🦠

Very satisfying to see the results on this one and it was our absolute pleasure!

Very kindly treated to some cold drinks throughout our service 🚰

One extremely happy customer 😎

A customer had moved into a property and inherited this beautiful tub for free which was one of the best results we have heard of in a long time🤩

Only downside was the condition it was left in meaning the tub was out of action and unsafe to use.

Strong smells, an insanely heavy cover, slugs + spiders, plenty of grime to go around - were all reasons this customer had no idea what was actually underneath until they reached out…

A full service / deep clean was carried out to bring this back to life with the correct chemical advice demonstrated onsite ✅

Customer has confirmed they have already used the tub twice and considering they have never owned / used a hot tub before this was amazing news and well worth the effort 😎

Customer was over the moon with the results and very confident they now know how to manage their water to not only keep themselves safe, but their pipework too!

Jets…jets + jets later we removed all grime and grit from the tub 😅

Refilled, balanced and ready to go😎

A full service / deep clean carried out on this stunning Hotsprings 🧼

A small amount of repairs were carried out to get this back to 100% along with an ozone generator fitting 🫧🫧🫧

This customer has now been shown how to maintain the water with their own personal guide to assist along the way 😎

We were also accompanied by Arti our new trainee 🐶 he was making sure the boss’s break wasn’t too long 🤣

Hotsprings service + repair ✅

Customer got in contact after reaching out to another specialist but didn’t get very far being told to use “fix a leak”… He decided to give us a call and with our help diagnosed failed gaskets + main light lens had failed.

Fast forward to service day, gaskets repaired, main light lens replaced, ozone refreshed along with a jet pump we noted on a health check years ago.

Full flow restored - Polished, ready to go😎

This customer got in touch with us in regards to a failed jet pump they hadn’t been able to get round to replacing but wanted it done for peace of mind.

A very quick clean was required along with replacing the defective shut off valve, new seals and this tub was ready to go🤩

Plenty of tips taught onsite to keep the customer hot tubbing with no more errors ✅

We’re back with a bang💥

A long term customer of ours had an unlucky error with their PCB board along with certain buttons no longer working, no light which they were quoted £££ to replace, meant no more hot tub… looking at a costly repair we decided to take this opportunity to do a full system upgrade converting to a full Balboa system, they requested a touchscreen which was no problem for us along with a full plumbing re-work inside the compartment to match giving them over double the heating power they had before - oh and a very powerful main light 😎

They are now in the tub every weekend!

A full service / deep clean to finish off and we’ll be back to add some additional touches to this shortly 👀

Air source heat pump functioning perfectly with only a minor leak which was resolved onsite ✅

Plenty of grime to remove in all the hidden spots resulting in perfect water after a few hours of cleaning but the end result is stunning 🤩
