Service number 2 carried out on this rotaspa at the farm we maintain 😎

Air source heat pump functioning perfectly with only a minor leak which was resolved onsite ✅

Plenty of grime to remove in all the hidden spots resulting in perfect water after a few hours of cleaning but the end result is stunning 🤩

Full deep clean / service on 1 of 3 tubs carried out at this lovely farm

Owner had mentioned the heater seals had been repaired previously only a few weeks ago, these were in desperate need of replacing along with a minor list which have now been booked in for a return visit to get this tub to 100% health ⭐️

Gate valves were also secured from the last technician ✅

Water care training was given onsite to prevent any further damage across all 3 tubs which seemed to be very different to what was advised to them on their sheets 😳

Tea was perfect 😎

Callout to this customer who reported they had a previous repair done including some re-wiring 😳

New spa pack along with fresh heater seals + cables correctly connected meant this tub fired up perfectly and was ready by the following evening 🤩

Customer got in touch to let us know about some intermittent issues such as pumps firing full power the moment the power was switched on, no heat displayed on the topside and much more…

Gecko YJ3 replacement meant this tub fired up correctly + safely however we found a few leaks which the customer wasn’t aware of which will be repaired on a follow up service 😎

Lovely Hotsprings we were called out to regarding an all to familiar fault code 😎

Failed pressure switch + very loud pump were swiftly replaced along with a follow up visit to repair some other minor issues noted during our health check, this is now one very healthy tub ready for years of hot tubbing 🤩

This customer was having no luck battling constant fault codes every other day so after some basic troubleshooting we quickly found the circulation pump was at fault being rock solid🪨

Brand new pump fitted along with a refresh on the ozone = plenty of beautiful bubbles flowing 🫧🫧✅

And of course heater back in action 😎✅
