Train with Suzy I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, delivering 1-2-1 fitness programmes to meet your health and fitness goals.

I appreciate that some people need that little extra motivation and support and I'm here to help you reach that goal. Train With Suzy offers you fully personalised training sessions to
help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I specialise in fitness, fat loss, body toning and body sculpting. The pressures of a modern day lifestyle can often mean that we
never seem able to motivate ourselves to make the time to
exercise and keep in shape – I can help. I provide 1-2-1 training sessions either in your home or in my
private gym space – you can choose the location that you feel
most comfortable training in. I also offer special “Bridal Bootcamps” for small groups of 2 or 3 people – ie brides & bridesmaids, bride & groom or any other small group who wish to get in shape for their special events.

So I thought I’d show you some quick and easy healthy meals that I’ve enjoyed over the last week or so.

1. Scrambled egg on toast with chilli, spinach and avocado 🥑
2. Quinoa, prawns, salad and avocado 🍤
