I appreciate that some people need that little extra motivation and support and I'm here to help you reach that goal. Train With Suzy offers you fully personalised training sessions to
help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I specialise in fitness, fat loss, body toning and body sculpting. The pressures of a modern day lifestyle can often mean that we
never seem able to motivate ourselves

to make the time to
exercise and keep in shape – I can help. I provide 1-2-1 training sessions either in your home or in my
private gym space – you can choose the location that you feel
most comfortable training in. I also offer special “Bridal Bootcamps” for small groups of 2 or 3 people – ie brides & bridesmaids, bride & groom or any other small group who wish to get in shape for their special events.

Today I visited and had a taster session at the Oxy Chamber at Oxy Clinic Chesterfield. James and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The benefits are: accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammation and swelling, enhanced stem cell production, increased collagen synthesis, and improved cognitive function. Ready to feel all the above benefits and hopefully I will sleep like a baby 😴❣️🤍❣️🤍
