Megan will bathe the space in healing sound frequencies to soften the nervous system, open the heart, and prepare your energy for deeper alignment.
Bough will guide you through a meditative journey designed to clear the mind, awaken insight, and connect you to your higher self.

Each participant will also receive a brief personal Reiki session for energetic clearing and replenishment, along with a Theta field upgrade to help shift limiting beliefs, support emotional balance, and elevate your internal frequency toward peace, clarity, and self-trust.

This is a small, intentionally limited gathering to ensure every individual receives focused attention and energetic support.

Yoga mats and cushions are provided.
