Feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? We can help! Every first Tuesday of the month Keeping Abreast runs a free Mindfulness session on Zoom with expert teacher Nerissa Fields. Open to breast reconstruction patients and their friends, partners and families and to Keeping Abreast Volunteers and supporters, you'll learn breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques and how to focus on the here and now. Feel calmer, more focused and in the present moment - no special equipment, clothing or experience necessary. Next session from 7pm to 8pm on Tuesday 5th July 2022 - hope to see you there!
