Rather than focusing on talking or analysing experiences, somatic release works by tuning into physical sensations, breath, and subtle movement—allowing the body to guide the process at its own pace.

💜 Stress, trauma, and overwhelming experiences can become held in the nervous system and connective tissues. Somatic release creates a sense of safety and presence, helping the nervous system shift out of survival responses and into a more regulated, balanced state. This may be experienced as softening, spontaneous movement, warmth, trembling, emotional expression, or a deep sense of calm.
