Additionally, I am humbled, as the monthly In-Person Women’s Circles are growing... witnessing this community of spiritual, empowered women holding one another with love and being real, raw, sovereign and the feeling we’re not navigating this spiritual journey alone touches me so deeply. Life can throw curve balls and having a circle of women is a game changer.

And we just wrapped up ‘The Portal’ a 7 week online journey with a group of women committed to their spiritual growth, expansion and radiant rebirth.

The growth within this group has been phenomenal, each woman has become more conscious of her ‘patterns’ and no longer sees her ‘obstacles’ as something she is victim to – or reacting to is, she rolls her up her sleeves, works with her tools and alchemises it – a gift on her journey of evolution.

Sovereignty:

I’ve noticed a lot people having sovereignty issues recently.
Your energy is wholly yours and when it is impacted by the T.V (negative tuning, which in turn can impact your sacred geometry and energy field) or people that drain you or even picking up others emotions, it can feel very overwhelming, ungrounding and induce fear.

Often, we pick this up via our empathic channel and this is our heart-to-heart centre.

Tips and tricks to help if you are feeling impacted by the energies around you:

1.You can speak to your Gatekeeper/Guardian Angel and ask for your empathic channel to be turned low. If you imagine your empathic channel has a volume from 1-10. You can ask for it to be put down to a 5.

Your Gatekeeper is there to protect you and your energy and even if you don’t hear or see or feel them, simply asking your GK to step forward and stating:

“Energy permission to bring my empathic channel down to a level 5 or the level that’s in my highest good across all time, space, dims, reality”

Then visualise what this looks like for you.

Here’s a few tricks to help
1. Ground- ground from your heart to dead centre in the Earth to anchor you and support you.
2. Call back all your energy- this simple alchemy will help, visualise your energy returning to you, in order to embed this:

“Energy permission to call back all of my energy from all people, places, animals and events and return me to my true sovereign state, in alignment with my highest interests and across, all time, space, dimensions and realities.”

3. Create shielding to protect your energy – imagine a golden bubble that is fully shielded on every level around you, in your highest good. Visualise energy as high as intention.
4.Raise your vibration and call your higher self into your heart to help you feel more heart centric, neutral and calm.
