🌹 A New Name. A New Chapter. A Coming Home. 🌹

I just shared a video from my heart — explaining why I’ve changed my name and how Time for Transition has evolved into something deeper:

This change is about so much more than branding — it’s about reclaiming my story.

The three surnames I carried before Renna were all tied to men who had abused me.
And I’ve finally laid them down.

Renna is mine.
It’s rooted in healing, self-love, and sovereignty.
It carries no shame. Only strength.

In my recent breathwork journey, I connected with past versions of myself…
Wounded, brave, resilient girls and women — all still alive within me.
I felt overwhelming gratitude for their courage.
And what happened next?
They sent me feelings of love, pride, and deep acceptance.
It was as if they were saying, “You did it. You turned our pain into gold.”
