It’s not circuits, it’s not Body Pump, it’s not stations 🤷‍♂️ whatever that is 😂 — it’s STRENGTH ROTATIONS with two main aims - build muscle, get strong 💥

Now, we are not knocking other classes — there’s a place for all of them 🙌🙌 — but if you’re looking to build real muscle and strength outside of a gym, and the gym just isn’t your vibe (intimidating? boring?), T-Fit Strength Rotations is THE class for you. 🏋️‍♀️

Why? Because we’ve built the closest thing to a true gym-style strength workout — in a fun, welcoming class format. And yes... you actually get REST TIME. 😅

Why rest? Glad you asked.Here’s the science:
👉 When you lift, you're creating tiny micro-tears in your muscles.
👉 It’s during the rest between sets that your body kicks in, using special cells called fibroblasts to repair and rebuild those muscles — ready to lift again on your next set.
👉 Rest also lets your body replenish glycogen stores (energy), helps prevent injury, and reduces muscle fatigue.

No rest = no gains. Without it, you’re just doing a cardio class in disguise. 😳
So take that breather, catch your breath, and let those muscles recover — that's when the magic happens. 💥
