NEW early morning Mat Pilates CLASS 🌟🌟
I’ve been asked about adding an early morning mat Pilates session, and I thought it could be a wonderful way to start the week strong — and perhaps fit in some movement before work!
I’m thinking of Monday mornings and would love your input on the timing?:
• 7:45–8:45 am
or
• 8:00–9:00 am
Why start your day with Pilates?

🌿 Mind: Clear your head, increase focus, and set a positive tone for the day
🌿 Spirit: Create a sense of balance and calm, giving yourself a mindful moment just for you
Why Monday?
Mondays are the perfect day to set your intentions for the week, establish momentum, and get a healthy habit started on a strong note. Starting the week with movement can make the rest of your week feel more energised, productive, and positive.
All other sessions remain the same:
Milborne Port Village Hall
• Monday
9:00–9:55 am Vinyasa flow Yoga
• Thursday
9:00–9:55 am Mat Pilates
10:00–10:55 am Gentle Yoga
Digby Memorial Hall, Sherborne
• Wednesday
8:30–9:25 am Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Pricing:
• £9 per session when paid for half-term in advance
• £13 per drop-in
• Pre-paid sessions can be used across any of the classes (space permitting)
Monthly Workshops (Milborne Port Village Hall)
• Saturday mornings
9:00–11:00 am Vinyasa Flow Yoga | £25 per session
👉 Booking is essential to secure your space in the session you’d like to attend.
