Final week of Yoga & Pilates classes before Easter break this week.

If you’ve been thinking about coming back to your mat, this is a really lovely week to do it.

Nothing too fancy — just time to move, breathe, and loosen off a bit.
To ease out any stiffness, clear your head, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

We’ll then take a two-week break, and start back the week of 14th April with a fresh 11-week term.

It’s rarely just about yoga or Pilates.

People don’t come to class because they want to “exercise more.”
They come because they want to feel different.

To feel:
• less stiff getting out of bed
• stronger in their body
• calmer in their mind
• more like themselves again

And then something shifts.

They sleep better.
They move more easily.
They feel more patient, more grounded, more capable.
They start carrying themselves differently — physically and emotionally.

That’s why people keep coming back.

Not because it’s perfect.
Not because every class feels easy.
But because over time, it works.

A regular practice doesn’t just change your body —
it gently reshapes your energy, your mindset, and how you move through your life.

My classes are a space to build strength, improve mobility, and take a breath in the middle of it all — without pressure, without judgement, and always at your own pace.

If you’ve been thinking about starting (or coming back), this is your invitation.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be fit.
You just need to begin.

Then stay for Vinyasa Flow Yoga (9–10am) — move with your breath, find your flow, and leave feeling grounded, clear & energised. 🌸

NEW early morning Mat Pilates CLASS 🌟🌟
I’ve been asked about adding an early morning mat Pilates session, and I thought it could be a wonderful way to start the week strong — and perhaps fit in some movement before work!

I’m thinking of Monday mornings and would love your input on the timing?:
• 7:45–8:45 am
or
• 8:00–9:00 am

Why start your day with Pilates?
🌿 Body: Wake up your muscles, build strength, improve posture, and boost your energy for the day ahead
🌿 Mind: Clear your head, increase focus, and set a positive tone for the day
🌿 Spirit: Create a sense of balance and calm, giving yourself a mindful moment just for you

Why Monday?
Mondays are the perfect day to set your intentions for the week, establish momentum, and get a healthy habit started on a strong note. Starting the week with movement can make the rest of your week feel more energised, productive, and positive.

After a nourishing week off, I’m really looking forward to returning to teaching from tomorrow — I’ve missed you all!

If it’s been a while since you came to class, consider this your gentle nudge back to the mat. Life gets busy — I totally understand — but remember: time for you isn’t a luxury… it’s essential.

Movement, breath, and mindful connection are powerful tools to ground your body and calm your mind. A regular practice can help you feel stronger, more centred, and more present in your everyday life.

So if you’ve drifted away, this is your moment to return to your self-care. 🌿

It was a challenging session, but I felt amazing all day & I hope you did too. 🙏🏻❤️
