Simply put, Shibashi Qigong, is a sequence of 18 flowing movements with elements of Tai chi which is practiced as a gentle energy movement exercise. The slow flowing movements help to stretch and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination. Regular practice can lead to increased energy levels, better posture, and a greater range of motion. Moreover, it is a practice for all, seated or standing that offers a wide range of benefits for both body and mind. Our next online Carer Wellness and Information session is taking place on Monday 20th April at 10.30am via Zoom! We will be hosting a presentation of the benefits of Proxy Access of the NHS App (including booking doctors appointments and ordering medication for the person you look after).
