I always try to limit wastage at the end of sessions๐Ÿค—... if there's homemade playdough or a dry material that seems too sad to bin, we always pack it up to bring it home for more messy play๐Ÿ–๐Ÿป๐ŸซŸ

Today we have played with waste-not playdough and also made a little Easter sensory tray with some saved dry materials ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฐ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿฃ

Today at our Easter Special session we had lots of different textures and activities to keep little hands happy and busy whilst also providing many benefits to their development๐Ÿง ๐Ÿงฌ...

๐Ÿฃ Spaghetti/rice with chicks, nests & sheep
๐Ÿฅ• Chickpeas in the shape of a carrot
๐Ÿฐ Mashed potato shaped bunny
๐Ÿ–๐Ÿป Paint for creating a handprint bunny
โœ๏ธ Nutmeg playdough to make hot cross buns
๐Ÿซ Chocolate water with plastic eggs
๐ŸŒฑ Soil for planting our Sweetpea seeds

We also hid 51 eggs around the room and within the messy play for the children to find 3 each and exchange for their gift bags at the end๐Ÿค—๐Ÿฅš๐ŸŽ
