🌖 I spent most of December making music in arts centres and churches, accompanied by Bollo in his donkey costumer and in his bare feet.

Save the date! Saturday 6th January - Taizé Singing Workshop.

❄️ Join me on the final day of Christmas to mark the start of the new year with luscious, unaccompanied singing.

❤️ This workshop is OPEN TO ALL, any age, any musical experience, any vocal skill.

❄️ The music is made of simple chance, sung in rounds or harmonies which fill the air with the most delicious music.

❤️ Expect minimal ‘conducting’ from me. This singing workshop is a collaborative experience.

🍂 What a way to welcome Autumn!
The end of summer culminated in what felt like a harvest of the fruits of my studies. This week I’ve worked one on one with yoga therapy clients, held a women’s circle and begun to mentor folk ready to dive into Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
It’s been a hectic week but I’m in love with my ‘job’ ❤️

|| Women’s Circle 09/23 ||

I forgot to take a picture of the set up before we began but looking at the picture now I think the slight messiness captures the evening perfectly. What an evening!

🍂 Thoughts having been shared and words heard
🍂 Pens left lying after words of comfort had been written
🍂 The remainder of the red thread left tangled on the floor - each woman leaving with a small loop tied round their wrist, a symbol of the connection found yesterday
🍂 Goddess cards overturned to prompt sharing and insight
🍂 Bowls of chocolate and raspberries slightly emptier than they were to begin with
🍂 Freshly picked green things from the garden to remind us of the turning of the season

❤️ It was such an honour to hold the space yesterday and to sit in community with each of the women who showed up with courage and vulnerability.

|| Elemental Yoga 2023 ||

And just like that the summer draws to a close. We moved through heat and rain and storms and lumpy ground and bollo’s burps and cat’s meows.
Teaching outdoors is one of the highlights of my summer, I can’t believe this class has been running for three years!

Always in a circle, always moving just as you need, always with our mats laid on the grass.
