🙋🏻‍♀️ 1:1 Mentoring

I mentor neurodivergent individuals, young people and adults. Neuroaffirming.

“This lady has helped my daughter so much with her identity and her learning! Give her a shout - she’s a wonder!!!”

What a lovely recommendation to read!

For me, the bottom line is confidence.

Confidence in who you are, your identity, your individualism.

Confidence to walk around knowing how much you have to bring to the table. Realising and celebrating your strengths.

Confidence in how your brain works and what works for you. Then how to communicate this.

*** Empowering you to thrive in rooms you felt you didn’t belong. ***

My knowledge comes from lived experience of Audhd and a career in alternative education (as well as corporate).

👋 Hey, I’m Rosie

I’ve been taking a little break to rest and I’m back soon with more passion than ever.

Here’s a little about what I do!

Looking forward to the next year, there’s two elements to my work;

> Maths Tutor and Mentor for Neurodivergent Young People.

> Training on Neurodivergence for Corporate Organisations and Schools.

(When it comes to cutting edge inclusion training - take a look - we have something exciting in the works 👀).

Talking of my 1:1 work with young people;

Reflecting on what worked for young people last year - apparently quite a lot! With 💯 percent success rate to date - all SATS and GCSE students achieved the grades they wanted. THEY earned them.

Very pleased to say I have the pleasure of continuing to support and work with all the young people I worked with last year. Except those who all smashed their exams!

This means all session 1:1 spaces are taken, sorry to those who have enquired. This is partly because I intentionally leave gaps to be able to offer training.

🥳 Here’s to another great year!

Anyone working in education knows our new year starts in September 😆

😎 Out of Office

I’ll be out of office until 8th September, ready for the first academic term.

I will be returning to my emails on the 8th September.

I have been quiet on social media. I’ll be honest - I’ve been extremely burntout. I have prioritised 1:1 clients, giving them one hundred percent.

I have pushed through what has been an incredible year, grateful for the connections made and those I’ve worked with. Although I can’t push anymore - I need to take a full step back for two weeks.

Please celebrate with me the young people I have supported - tutored and mentored with the aim being SATS and GCSE’s. They all passed their exams and are hopefully incredibly proud of themselves - I am. (I don’t believe in our current exam system but do support our young people to thrive).

I find it impossible not to think about work 24/7 - which doesn’t help, it’s so important to me. Monotropism. So I’m trying to give myself permission to stop for two weeks - the work will wait and the right people for me to be working with I know will understand.

After all - my expertise and deep understanding of neurodivergence comes from being Audhd and my lived experience. It can be easy to forget I face similar challenges - I forget!

All those I support and collaborate with are incredibly supportive and a joy to work with.

Although I understand I have an obligation to be professional and hold my commitments. This is me taking my first proper break this year so I can turn up as my best for you. Using the strategies I promote.

Look forward to reconnecting with you all when I’m back from my break.

All the best,
Rosie 💜

💡Creating something different…

This September, we’re planning to shake up how we think about neuroinclusion.

It’s bold. It’s lived. It’s next level.

Planning to challenge the status quo, the edge.

👀 Stay curious. Stay tuned.

🌈 Selling Resources

😃 With our Family Sessions having come to an end, here are just some of the pieces that need a new home!

🎲 These games, resources and equipment all have plenty of life left in them and most have barely been used - will you and your family enjoy them?

🌼 My house is full to the brim of games, puzzles and sensory resources and I want them to be used.

💬 Please feel free to send me a message, open to offers especially on multiple items. Some families at our last activity session took home some bargains!

📖 This isn’t goodbye! This is just a new chapter, although this chapter doesn’t involve quite so many toys!

🥳 Excited to continue supporting our neurodivergent community and building awareness and understanding.

🔊 Rosie x Mo

Had a few conversations with and .ab recently…

Met these two and instantly knew we had common values and visions.

🌼 Mo and I have had an exciting, transparent and forward thinking conversation today. All about how we can grow and create space for change together. Collaboration.

🙌 is evolving and collaboration with will be part of that.

🌱 You’ll see how my work is changing over the coming months, looking forward to bringing you on this journey with me. Continuing with the same objective, to build understanding and support for our neurodivergent community.

📧 Thinking about training around building a further understanding around neurodivergence and inclusion. Give me a message or email ndexperiencesuk@outlook.com

Thanks,
Rosie 😊

🎉 Celebration Incoming! 🎉

On Saturday 12th July, we’re hosting our final Family Activity Session – and we’re going out with a bang! 💥

🚗🚗 Every single resource we own (yep, as many as I can fit into two car loads) will be on display and available to explore!

🧩 From the sensory favourites to the creative bits and everything in between – if it’s been loved, it’ll be there 💛

🌟 This session is all about celebration – of YOU, the families who’ve joined us, the joy we’ve shared, and the incredible neurodivergent young people who’ve made these sessions what they are.

🎈 We want everyone to enjoy this last one – to connect, to play, to remember, and to take pride in what we’ve built together.

Can’t wait to see you there ✨

🧠 Find the Why

I am misunderstood in society but I was misunderstood by professionals.

How could I understand myself if the specialists didn’t?

💥 Trauma + Suicidal Ideation

I lived through intense trauma in my teens and twenties — accumulatively I battled six years of suicidal ideation.

My diagnosis of Audhd changed my life.

⚠️ Misdiagnosed for 12 Years

I was told I had depression and bipolar disorder, medicated, and sent on my way — no one asked why I was struggling.

🔍 No Joined-Up Support

Therapy and diagnosis were disconnected. No one looked at the full picture. It was just symptom management.

🔓 Everything Changed at 30

I went private but not for an autism assessment, for my mental health. Within months, they noticed what had been missed for years: I’m neurodivergent.

AuDHD (Autism + ADHD).

🧠 Mental Health Wasn’t the Whole Story

My breakdowns weren’t just mental illness. They were a reaction to an unsupported, misunderstood brain and body.

🛠️ Strategy Over Stigma

Once I had answers, the focus shifted from trauma to tools — strategies to manage my energy, routine, emotions, relationships and life.

⚡ Endometriosis Diagnosis at 32

This wasn’t found until they cut me open, during surgery. Hormones were wrecking my regulation. PMDD had me spiralling monthly. A newly approved hormone suppressant has already helped.

❌ Doctors Missed the Root Cause for Years

Hormones. Neurodivergence. Trauma. These weren’t part of the conversation — but they were central to my struggle.

✅ Empowerment Comes From Understanding

If you’ve been stuck in the same cycles — ask deeper questions.

The why matters. And you can find it.

💡 You Deserve More Than a Label
You deserve strategy, support, and a holistic view of your health.

💚 My daughter had the best time on her Year 6, four day camp. ⛺

💚 However when she got home yesterday, this is what she chose to do. She was massively overstimulated and exhausted, so she went under a blanket to decompress.

💚 She's always done it-she says it makes her feel safe and calm. 😊

💚 What do your young people do to help them decompress?
