Just found out your pregnant? CONGRATULATIONS!!
Here are few pregnancy symptoms that you may be dealing with over the forthcoming weeks:
🌸 Nausea or Morning Sickness
Many women experience nausea, often referred to as morning sickness, although it can occur at any time of day. This typically begins around the 6th week of pregnancy but can start earlier.
🌸Breast Changes
Hormonal changes can cause your breasts to feel tender, swollen, or sore. The areolas (the area around your ni***es) may darken, and veins on your breasts may become more noticeable.
🌸 Fatigue
Increased levels of the hormone progesterone can make you feel unusually tired early in pregnancy. This is one of the earliest signs, often appearing before a missed period.
🌸 Frequent Urination
You may notice an increased need to urinate more often due to hormonal changes and increased blood flow to the kidneys.
🌸 Food Cravings or Aversions
Pregnancy can cause changes in your sense of taste and smell. You might crave certain foods or develop aversions to foods you once enjoyed.
🌸 Mood Swings
Hormonal fluctuations can lead to mood swings, making you feel unusually emotional or weepy.
🌸 Mild Cramping or Spotting
Mild cramping, similar to menstrual cramps, can be another early symptom of pregnancy as the uterus adjusts to its new role. Some women experience light spotting or implantation bleeding around 6-12 days after conception. This is often mistaken for a light period but is generally shorter and lighter.
🌸 Bloating
The hormonal changes in early pregnancy can cause bloating, similar to the feeling you might have right before your period.
🌸 Changes in Cervical Mucus
Some women notice an increase in cervical mucus or a thicker discharge during early pregnancy.
Every body is different, so you may experience all, some, or none of these symptoms.
