Yesterday we had a wonderful day full of activities, We did some hand printing and painting, we played catch with the carers, Had different movies on in our lounges and then on the afternoon we baked some lovely rice Krispy cakes and soaked up the sunshine. What a busy day!

Today some of our wonderful Ladies have enjoyed there lunch outside in our new beautiful gazebo, Friday's lunch is always a favourite of Fish and Chips with a choice of sides. We hope you are all enjoying the beautiful weather.

The beautiful sun has been shining down on our wonderful Garden, our Residents are enjoying the outdoors and watching the birds and squirrels and the beautiful butterfly's flying around. We hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine and staying hydrated.

Betty has been to the local shop to purchase a Shropshire star as this is what she wanted to do in her future wishes 🗞️

We had a stroll up to the local shop in the sunshine. We talked about our favourite places to go on holiday.

Betty admired the local area and loved being out in the sunshine ☀️

This morning we have enjoyed morning walks and spending time in the garden 🪴 ☀️

Some of us have been watching call the midwife 👶🏼 enjoying a hot cup of tea/coffee

We have played the balloon game today. This helps build our muscles 💪🏼 and concentration 🎈

This afternoon we have been enjoying doing some word searches & crossword puzzles 🧩

Some of us have enjoyed doing some colouring instead of doing the crosswords and wordsearches.

We have been enjoying walks in the garden in the sunshine ☀️ & we have admired all the lovely flowers growing 🌺 🌷

Happy Thursday 🤩

Here’s what we have been up to this morning. We have been playing ball games ⚽️ this helps our hand and eye coordination. It’s a good arm chair arm exercise 🏃‍♀️

Some of us have enjoyed having our nails done 💅

We have also been enjoying reading the magazines 📖 and watching Aladdin 🎬

Laura has been cleaning the zimmer frames and sticks to ensure these are clean and fit for purpose

Ivor has been out to collect the post with me and admired the sunshine ☀️

This afternoon we have been on our well being walk and achieved Sheila’s and Phill’s future of going for a walk into community 😀

The ladies have admired the local area, the old telephone box ☎️ , the flowers , & the lady bugs 🐞 on the plants 🪴 🌺 & of course the sun was shining ☀️ ☀️

This morning we have had Michelle from G fitness here with us. We have been doing some arm exercises with helps strengthen our muscles 💪🏼

We have been doing exercises with the balls and had lots of fun doing these exercises 🥎

It’s been a great morning getting all physical 💪🏼 thank you G fitness 🩷

This morning some of us have been enjoying some 1-1 time with Laura in our rooms.

Daphne was showing me her big pillow and how she loves to cuddle it 🥰

We have been completing some puzzles this morning 🧩 and enjoyed a cup of tea and a chat whilst doing this ☕️ 🫖

The gents have enjoyed playing a game of dominos this morning with a coffee ☕️

We have listened to music and had a sing along 🎶 🎵
