We’re feeling like proud parents right now as we celebrate Cyrus’s completion of his training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Cyrus joined us last year, working primarily at our Head Office, but always happy to step in and support our branches whenever needed. It was his very first job, and he gave it absolutely everything — so much so that we’d have loved to keep him with us permanently.

However, his focus and determination to earn a place in such a highly competitive environment meant we knew his time with us was only the beginning of his journey.

At Sandhurst, every officer cadet learns to live by the academy’s motto: Serve to Lead. We have no doubt Cyrus will carry that principle into a successful and inspiring career.

Thanks to our triumph in the Graham Williamson T20 KO Cup, we are rewarded with home advantage in the first stages of the Vitality UK Club T20. Joining us at Haden Hill are; Checkley Cricket Club, Alderley Edge Cricket Club & Ackworth Cricket Club.🏏

The day will consist of a finals day-like set up, with 2 semi finals, (10am & 1pm), and a 4pm final, with the winner progressing to the next stages.🏆

The gates are open at 8.30am, there will be breakfast sandwiches available from 9am, a BBQ from 12, and a DJ playing your favourite tunes all day.😎

We will face Checkley in the day’s first semi final at 10am.🤞

A fantastic day was had by all on Friday at Old Hill Cricket Club for our first contractor/supplier cricket day. A day full of fun, laughter and camaraderie with a mix of both novice, first timers and experienced cricket players. With the Suppliers batting first they came away at 30 overs with a score of 212. Although the Contractors had a strong start they sadly couldn't catch that score with a final win for the Suppliers.
Thank you to everyone who attended on the day which we think was very successful and we're looking forward to a repeat next year!
With special thanks to Goughy and Toy for the excellent food. Al Ruffles for scoring, David Banks for the ground works along with Mike Stocker for umpiring. Without you all the day wouldn't have been possible - Thankyou!

Highley Pharmacy were thrilled to receive a special delivery yesterday from a customer for a prompt delivery and outstanding service. They're already getting stuck in to this lovely fruit hamper which is just perfect in the hot weather!
Well done to the team - keep up the good work 👏
