✅ Cut out a daily bag of crisps (lose 1 stone+ in a year).
✅ Get your 10,000 steps a day (70 marathons in a year).
✅ Do 1 workout a week (possibly 2000 squats & lunges a year)
Don’t be like the beginner runner trying to run 26miles on your first day of training for a Marathon.
