My little business offers a truly holistic approach to healing by working with the mind, body, and soul to support deep, lasting transformation.

For the mind, I provide one-to-one coaching sessions using energy-based & somatic techniques designed to help you release trauma, clear unwanted emotions, and let go of outdated identities that no longer serve you.

For the body, I offer reflexology to support the natural rebalancing of your internal systems, alongside ASMR face and scalp massage using my experienced knowledge in aromatherapy for a truly deep relaxation and effective stress release ritual. Additionally, I specialise in fertility and pregnancy reflexology and offer a client focussed package also using energy therapies to cater for emotional regulation.

For the soul, I work with Reiki and Pellowah energy healing to support emotional healing and help initiate a shift in consciousness.

Every session is intuitive and tailored. You may come for one treatment, but I often integrate elements from across my modalities to create a bespoke experience based on what you need in that moment.
