When your work takes you to the wild beauty of Durness, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It’s been over 3 years since I last treated Boris in person—living over 11 hours away meant we’ve been working remotely all this time. But a planned few days away to catch up with this lot, and finally, I’m back in the stable with him for his energy alignment session. Little Molly got her turn too! 🐴💛

I absolutely love what I do. This work brings me to the most stunning places and connects me with the most beautiful souls (human and equine alike).

Remember: keeping your horses in alignment—physically AND emotionally—isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. When their energy flows freely, everything else falls into place.

Worth every mile of that 11-hour journey. 🫶

OUT OF OFFICE

The love and kisses from this little chap tonight 🧡 as I tuck him up for bed with his hay.

There’s something ancient and pure about the love of a pony.

It’s not loud or demanding. It doesn’t need words or explanations.

A pony loves you with their whole body—soft eyes that see straight into your soul, velvet muzzles that breathe trust against your face, and a presence so grounded it pulls you back into yourself.

They don’t care about your past, your mistakes, or the masks you wear for the world. They feel who you truly are beneath it all.

Through deep somatic work, I will help your body release what it’s been holding. Through intentional breathwork, I will create space for what wants to emerge. Through guided meditation, we’ll journey inward to meet yourself with compassion and clarity.

Together, we’ll explore what you truly need to feel at home in your own skin, your own heart, your own life.

After a busy morning treating horse riders i then went along to treat these two 💙 to get them ready for next week competing in the British Dressage associated championship at Onley in Rugby.

Energy Alignment both physically and emotionally are so important for a horses performance. 🐎
