March 2026 💛

What a month it has been.

March has been full of moments that remind me exactly why I do what I do — out treating horses, holding space in meditation sessions, bringing wellness into the corporate world, 1:1 energy healing and running workshops with the most beautiful, open-hearted people.

Every single moment — whether I’m working with animals, guiding someone through stillness, or supporting a team to breathe a little easier — fills my cup in a way I can’t quite put into words.

And somewhere in between all of that… there’s been a little bit of life too. The quiet moments, the laughs, the things that keep me grounded and grateful. 🌿

Thank you to every horse, every client, every room full of people willing to show up for themselves this month. You make this work the greatest privilege. A big thank you to my little family for making home home 💕 thank you to my good friends for listening and making me laugh.

Here’s to all that April has in store.

A few words to all my beautiful clients on International Women’s Day 💗

Take a moment today to reflect on your healing journey. The tears shed and the strength you have shown.

Appreciate the person she has been and where she is now, honour her cycles and embrace the change of pregnancy, monthly cycles, perimenopause and menopause 🫶

Remember to love yourself, she is more than enough and she has a voice, while still being soft and gentle to her.

I am so proud to hold the space for you all and a privilege to be apart of your journeys. Today and everyday here for you 💕
