Our floating sound bath is a fully guided experience from start to finish. Throughout the session we continuously and gently move each floating bed, creating a subtle journey across the water that deepens relaxation and keeps the body from settling into one position for too long.

Ever opened your eyes at the end and realized you’re on the opposite side from where you began when you first put your eye mask on? That quiet surprise is part of the magic. The movement is slow, intentional, and almost unnoticeable allowing your nervous system to soften while your mind lets go.
We’re careful to ensure everyone has their own space to float, move, and fully relax. The result is a feeling of safety, flow, and total surrender to sound, water, and guidance, so you can simply receive the experience.

We started the new year in the most beautiful way, with our first floating sound baths of the year in Shrewsbury and Bishop’s Stortford ✨

Both sessions were truly special, guided by our incredible sound practitioners whose skill, presence, and intuition created such a calming and immersive experience on the water. The vibrations, flow, and intention they brought made each sound bath unforgettable.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and shared the space with such openness and warmth. Your energy is what makes these gatherings so meaningful; We’re so grateful to begin the year with you 💙

🧘🏻‍♀️ We’re teaming up with exceptional practitioners to offer a range of amazing wellbeing services, alongside nourishing, feel good food to support you throughout the day. The spa facilities will be exclusively ours, creating a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere where you can fully switch off.

✨💙 As the year gently comes to a close, we’re feeling so grateful. Thank you to everyone who floated with us this year and brought such calm, beautiful energy to each session, including our gorgeous floating sound bath in Stoke last night, guided by the wonderful sound practitioners Clarity Cloud. 💫

This evening’s floating sound bath in Shrewsbury was a beautiful way to round off our sessions before finishing up for Christmas. It was lovely to see both new and familiar faces coming together for such a calming experience on the water.

Our sound practitioner, Elaine, was fantastic as always, guiding everyone through a deeply relaxing sound journey. We also hosted a couple of other sessions, one in Bishop’s Stortford and one in Stoke; we are so grateful to everyone who joined us.

This marks our final floating sound baths of the year, we’ll be back in the new year and can’t wait to welcome you again 🌊🫶🏻✨
