Your body remembers the good.
Every moment of ease, every shift, every time something just worked - this can be felt and is a crucial resource that is banked in our reserves of feeling good. If we learn to notice those moments rather than move past them, we build something really important.
Movement is a journey toward connection, wellbeing, and ease. The body is responsive. It recognises the good when we give it space. Pausing to take stock is part of your work. Small wins become big wins over time. It’s how we build resilience and confidence that lasts.
This is what I’m interested in. For my clients, and for the teachers I work with.
