We are looking for a passionate, patient and nurturing, Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or above to join our team at Toddler and Me LTD, based in Shropshire.

✨We’re thrilled to announce that our business is expanding and we are taking on a new premises in addition to our Garden room Setting that we all know and love - Toddler and Me LTD is now also based from a beautiful barn conversion in Grindle, Shifnal too!

As part of this exciting growth, we’re are looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated individuals to join us.
We offer a supportive, inspiring environment where your voice and creativity will truly be recognised and will make a difference!

👧🧒 Work with children of preschool age, help to support and facilitate our Toddler and Baby classes and also bring the magic of the outdoors, to life for our little people whilst out and about, especially spending time exploring the woodlands and trecking across our horse fields with horsey mad little people (wellies essential!)...
You must be an animal lover!

🤍Our Garden Room setting opened in 2025 in Buildwas, opening completely independently as an Ofsted registered Childminders on non- Domestic premises. Shropshire council have since come on board, we have grown in numbers over the 12 month window and have now joined forces with Apley estates to bring a bespoke childcare setting to parents of the shropshire area from our new premises, opening this September! 🤍

We’re growing every day, spending our time: exploring outdoors, walking, visiting parks, going on days out to a number of national trust sites, enhancing our little people's education to the best of our ability and also spending quality time learning more about our children daily and encouraging them to reach for the stars! ⭐

We love the slower mornings and afternoons reflecting and perfecting our offer to suit our children and parents and although we are a relatively new business, we are always striving for the 'goldstandard' approach! 🥇💛🏆

We need our staff members to be down to earth people, flexible, able to go with the flow, to have wonderful people skills and a smile on their faces, Always! 💯

The 1st May will mark another day for our calendar at Toddler and Me LTD, a day to celebrate another milestone that this little business has achieved, a most definite 'pinch me!' moment and a new chapter we cannot wait to explore with our little people 🧡

So today we unfortunately had to say goodbye to this little guy. Something I hadn't expected to deal with before leaving for work this morning.

Having been an animal lover all my life, these moments never get easier. Even as I get older because now I don't just feel the hurt, I see it through my children's eyes.

Teaching your child empathy and compassion is something we all try to do on a daily basis but an Animal just has their own way of delivering that message every day unconditionally and on a whole level, we as humans, could only wish to do and understand!

Apologies to all our toddler group family. Thank you all for your understanding with my late, frantic phone calls and messages and for your support as always.

It's in these moments life reminds you, I'm a Mother first and foremost and my children were incredibly brave today and needed me to be there this morning before anything else!

Olive held him the whole way to the Vets as tightly as she could with very little understanding of what was going to happen next. Meanwhile I'm sat watching her talking to him, telling him he would be ok, just as children do!

I'm so proud of her! 🤍
