It offers expert and professional advice on image and performance enhancing drugs, including alternatives to their use with effective exercise and nutrition. The HENCH Project advocates brief, intense and infrequent training for optimal results
Free and confidential blood borne virus screening is provided from several clinical locations bases around Shropshire.
