This week, E. J. Edgerton & Son had the pleasure of hosting the talented local piper, , at our Bradenheath premises. Andy performed at our Service venue and in our woodland area, where he played beautiful and touching melodies to fulfill final wishes requested by loved ones. It was a truly special and moving experience for everyone in attendance.

Grieving.
It’s crucial to remember that there is no right or wrong way to grieve. It’s a deeply personal experience, unique to each individual.
Grieving takes time and space, and it’s important to allow yourself to take as long as your mind and body require. Rushing the process or comparing your journey to others can be detrimental. Internalising grief can be damaging both mentally and physically, so it’s vital to find healthy ways to express and cope with your emotions.
Talking about how you are feeling can be incredibly helpful in beginning the long healing process. Whether it’s with a trusted friend, family member, or a professional, sharing your thoughts and emotions can provide relief and support. Remember, it’s okay to seek help and lean on others during this time.

Our memorial packages are all-inclusive and cover a range of services to ensure a seamless process. When you choose a memorial with us, you will receive CAD drawing proofs, which we will collaboratively refine until you are completely satisfied. We believe in providing a memorial that meets your expectations to the fullest.
 
Additionally, all our memorials come with the option of 24-carat gold leaf or enamel paint finishes, ensuring a beautiful and durable tribute. Our prices include all lettering, vase grave inserts, a ground anchor (BSS approved), a foundation under slab (BSS approved), and professional fixing into your chosen church or cemetery by qualified memorial fixers. We will also complete all necessary paperwork and communication on your behalf with the cemetery or church where the memorial is to be placed. Should you desire, we can also add exquisite ornamentation to your memorial stone, provided it is permitted by the requested churchyard or cemetery.

Our newly refurbished funeral service chapel is now available for families to hold services with up to 70 people in attendance. The service chapel is a former Methodist chapel that was built and opened in 1832. It held its last service in 1975. The chapel is designed to be a place that is comfortable and relaxing for people attending a service. Set in the north Shropshire countryside, The chapel includes a modern digital sound system and a screen for images and memorial slide shows.
