Had my first ever reiki session with Deb last week, and I’m still feeling the benefits! Deb was so warm and welcoming, and put me at ease straight away, explaining the process and what I could expect. The treatment room was super cosy, a really peaceful and relaxing environment. Deb is clearly very talented in what she does as I actually had a little snooze (very unlike me!) during the treatment, and woke up feeling amazingly grounded, calm and relaxed – I didn’t want to leave!
Would recommend Deb and Katakana Reiki Energy Healing to anyone and everyone – was such a soothing experience and the perfect way to relax and let your mind drift. I’ll definitely be back!

I would recommend this wholeheartedly. My experience was as fascinating as it was soothing. Deb put me at my ease and I could feel my pain and anxiety leave me as waves of colour and warmth replaced the negative feeling. I floated out afterwards feeling as light as a feather. I will be returning and can’t wait for my next appointment. 😊💜🌟
