I offer Reiki and Crystal Therapy treatments to 'women only' in my home in Sileby, Leicestershire. When I left Music College and moved to Leicester in 2004 for a teaching job, I struggled to adjust to 'adulting' and received some counselling sessions from a lovely therapist who offered me the sessions at a discounted rate, and I have never forgotten that generosity. Over the past 20 years, I have
struggled with my own physical and mental health and have sought help through conventional medicine as well as alternative therapies. In desperation I tried working with crystals to help with anxiety and depression and was amazed by the results and comfort they brought me. Like a lot of people after the Covid 19 pandemic, I decided I needed a career change and began a deep dive into what I was really passionate about. As a little kid, I found Mother Teresa fascinating. How she helped others, for no gain other than she felt a calling to help. I wanted to do something like this, but I don't think becoming a nun would have gone down well with my husband! lol Besides I have always been more spiritual than a follower of a particular religion. So, with a passion for crystals and a desire to help others, I discovered Crystal Therapy and knew this was what I wanted to do with the rest of my life, so I signed up to an ACHO accredited course, with Hope College of Crystal Healing, which I completed in November 2024. I have just started the Diploma with HCCH. In September 2023 I met Charnwood Reiki Sound, a couple who run sound baths, workshops and are both Reiki Masters. I was intrigued to find out more about Reiki. I was sceptical at first, but I was both amazed and hooked after feeling the effects of Reiki myself. I knew Reiki would work well alongside Crystal Therapy, so I worked through the 3 Reiki Levels, achieving Master Level in November 2024. I use a combination of Crystal Therapy and Reiki in my treatment sessions but if you prefer just Reiki or Crystal Therapy then let me know. I am really passionate about my treatments being affordable for all, so I have chosen to keep my prices low. I offer a 60-minute treatment session for £30. I like to have a pre/post chat, so allow 90 minutes in total.
