✨️Feeling so grateful for thia client feedback today ✨️
I had 3 sessions with this person who was struggling with a racing mind at bedtime, so we cleared some of the experiences which had created habitual thinking that was making them spiral when the world was quiet, re-framed the problem and set up a much better evening routine including a bespoke recording designed to be listed to at bedtime which was a relaxation aid, but also focuses the unconscious mind on what is in their best interests.
