Kajal's Wellness Kitchen

Kajal's Wellness Kitchen 30+ years of experience, I guide clients to wellness through healthy food, yoga, breathwork, and spirituality. That is where 'Kajal's Healthy Kitchen' was born!

As a relationship coach, I help individuals navigate challenges with a holistic approach, fostering balance and growth in all aspects of life. Wellness cooking and natural foods have been a part of my life for decades. My mother's personal struggle with health and wellbeing led me to pursue my passion for cooking and make a difference in the world around me. Over the last 28 years, I've learned th

at we are deeply rooted in mother nature, which provides and heals if we stop and listen to the body.

Having experienced firsthand the power of nutrition and a balanced lifestyle in bringing back my mother from stage 4 cancer, I embarked on a journey of becoming a wellness chef and nutritional expert.

I started by creating my own recipes using ancient healing ingredients, some of which are now known as superfoods, and brought them to a plate as a piece of art. It was my mission to change the idea that healthy eating was boring, bland, and uninspiring! I am a well-being coach and see clients online. I run online wellbeing programs, workshops, supper clubs, and wellbeing retreats. Get in touch with me by PM or by visiting my website www.kajalskitchen.com https://www.kajalskitchen.com/

Happy birthday to my youngest 🎂

Yesterday was pure magic ✨

Watching Raj’s face light up when his childhood friends walked through the door was priceless. These beautiful souls I’ve watched grow from little ones into the most incredible adults, all coming together to surprise my boy.

The house filled with laughter, stories, and so much love. Good food, great company, and memories that’ll last forever 💫

Raj, you are kindness personified, generous, humble, hardworking, and just radiating goodness wherever you go.

Some moments are too precious for words, but oh so perfect for keeping in our hearts forever 💕

She walked into my retreat with a cancer diagnosis. She left with a clean bill of health.

I’ve been leading transformational retreats for years, but what happened with Sarah, (name changed due to confidentiality) still gives me chills.

During our healing session in Turkey, I felt something that made me pause. “What are you carrying here?” I asked, placing my hands on her chest.

What poured out wasn’t just about lymphoma, it was decades of swallowing her own needs, carrying everyone else’s burdens, literally holding trauma in her body.

Through personalised genetic testing, ancient spiritual practices, and deep somatic healing work, something shifted. By the time she left our 7-day retreat, she was radiant.

Six weeks later: No trace of cancer.

This is what happens when you treat the whole person in mind, body, and soul - not just symptoms.

In my relationship work, I use five body’s approach- Mental, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Energy body.

Our October retreat in Turkey has 6 spaces remaining. For accomplished women ready to remember who they really are underneath all the roles they play, because healing isn’t a luxury, It’s a necessity.

Drop me a message for more information.

He’s been capable all along!

For years, I’ve been the designated host, decorator, meal planner, you know the drill 🙋🏻‍♀️

This weekend we had guests, so when he asked “What can I do to help?” instead of the usual tasks, I said, “Pick flowers from the garden and create arrangements for our dinner table” 🌸

You should have seen his face 😳 → 🤔 “Challenge accepted” and he went!

30 minutes later, he came with two gorgeous arrangements that honestly made me tear up a little 🥺

The real tea, we don’t ask because we assume they can’t. They don’t offer because they feel our assumptions.
Your partner probably has hidden talents you’ve never even explored because you’ve been too busy being the “default everything” person 👑

As a relationship coach, I see many relationships conflicts that aren’t about capability, they’re about communication patterns and unexpressed expectations.
When we shift from “he can’t/won’t” to “let me ask and see,” I discovered hidden potential that was always there, just waiting for permission to emerge.
When my husband asked “What do you want me to do?” This wasn’t incompetence, it was an invitation to collaborate. Many partners want to contribute but need clear direction because they recognise the other person’s expertise.

Swipe to see his beautiful creations ➡️

Who else needs to challenge their assumptions today? Drop a 🌺 if you’re inspired to ask for help in a totally new way!

Kajal's Wellness Kitchen@top fansKajal's Wellness KitchenI think you need a RESET!

If you’re experiencing any of the following 👇🏼, it’s time to pause and come back to yourself.

1. You’re constantly tired even after sleep.
Your body’s calling for deep rest, not just more hours in bed. Fatigue that doesn’t go away is often a sign your nervous system is overloaded and your energy body is depleted.

2. Your mind feels foggy, anxious, or overstimulated.
Too many tabs open mentally and emotionally. From decision fatigue to anxious spirals, your mind is quietly asking for stillness.

3. You feel emotionally heavy and often triggered, numb, or disconnected.
Old emotions sit in the body and, without gentle release, they loop again and again quietly shaping how we feel, speak, and respond.

4. You look healthy on paper, but something inside feels off.
Your tests are normal, but your gut, hormones or sleep feel unsettled. Deep down, you know something is misaligned maybe your energy, your purpose, or simply your inner rhythm.

5.You crave stillness, but you’re always in survival mode.
You want to slow down, but life keeps pulling you forward. You’re not broken. You’re just disconnected from your inner sanctuary.

If any of this speaks to you, it’s not just time for a break, it’s time for a reset.

Each year, I run deeply healing retreats and I collaborate with incredible professionals who bring heart, wisdom and science to the journey. This year, I’m joined by MyRecovery - MindfullyPauli a master in breathwork, expert in trauma-informed addiction recovery and yoga therapy who gently guides deep soul work through the mind, body and breath.

We also welcome Nishtha Patel, IFMCP, a leading voice in functional wellness. She brings powerful insight into gut-brain health, nutritional therapy and personalised testing, always adding a unique layer to each retreat.

Our next two retreats are in Turkey, at the end of September and again at the end of October. These are sacred spaces created to help you reset your physical, emotional, mental and energetic self.

There’s so much we do together from nourishing food and cookery workshops to yoga therapy, market days, conscious shopping, mandala art and beautiful fire and water ceremonies for letting go.

If you’d like to know more and spend a week with me reseting, message me. There are still some spaces left, and if your heart is whispering “I need this”… maybe this is your moment.

Your reset starts now. Kajal's Kitchen group

Not everyone who’s lost has the right to find themselves at your expense.

Some genuinely want to learn and grow alongside you curious, respectful, and bring value to the relationship, others want to collaborate and build something meaningful together, and then there’s a third type - the opportunists! These are the ones who suddenly appear when you’re doing well, ask endless questions about your “secrets” and strategies, want to be seen in your photos and at your events, get unusually close, unusually fast and then disappear once they’ve extracted what they need

They’re not building relationships - they’re collecting assets.

The warning signs? They’re more interested in your network than in you.

What’s really happening here?
According to attachment theory, this behaviour often stems from “a strong desire for closeness, fear of abandonment, and heightened emotional responses” combined with tendencies to “become needy or clingy in closest relationships, behave in selfish or manipulative ways when feeling vulnerable.”

These aren’t necessarily bad people, they’re often deeply lost themselves. Research suggests this behaviour can develop from “childhood trauma or persistently negative perceptions and actions from their family members.” They’re operating from a place of fear of losing, fear of not being enough, fear of being left behind, and here’s the thing-when you’re drowning, you’ll grab onto anything and sometimes, that grabbing hurts the people trying to help you.

I once asked my mentor why I kept attracting people who came to me with their problems, always needing me to be their problem solver. Her response was eye-opening: “Not everyone should be invited to download their issues onto you. You shouldn’t invite everybody to solve their problems at your expense.”
That hit differently! As natural helpers and connectors, we often become magnets for people seeking quick fixes rather than genuine growth but there’s a difference between someone who wants to learn alongside you and someone who wants to drain your energy to fill their own tank.

The red flags remain the same: transactional energy, excessive flattery, and sudden disappearances. Your boundaries matter, regardless of their underlying struggles.
Protect your energy and know that, not everyone who’s lost has the right to find themselves at your expense. Kajal's Wellness Kitchen
