This April, our teams at Smart CI Group are taking on a month‑long fitness challenge to support Mentalkhealth - Sittingbourne and the vital work they do for men’s mental health.

Our teams will be paying to enter and then tracking every mile walked, run, or cycled through Strava. We’ll be sharing our progress throughout the month, adding fun forfeits, and doing everything we can to raise as much as possible.

Working in a construction and engineering environment, a male‑dominated industry where mental health struggles often go unspoken, this cause means a lot to us. MenTalk provides a safe space, support, and conversation for local men who need it, and we’re proud to stand behind their mission.

🚨 DONATED KITCHEN + BREEZE BLOCKS NEEDED 💙

We’ve built a cabin on our land — a safe space where men can sit, talk, and not feel alone.

Now we need your help to complete it.

We’re looking for:
• Kitchen (approx. 3 metres)
• Breeze blocks (to help build pallet decking)

👉 Kitchen companies — old displays or surplus stock
👉 Public — replacing a kitchen or have materials spare?

Kitchen items:
• Units / cupboards
• Worktops
• Sink (if possible)

This isn’t just materials…
It’s helping create a space where conversations happen and men feel less alone.

Mentalk-health is a free, weekly group for men who are struggling with their mental health. We meet every Tuesday at 7:30pm in Holy Trinity Church (next to Lidl) and no appointment is needed. Just come down, meet the guys and have a tea or coffee and a chat.

Men showing up.
