Today is a hard day for me and it a hard day for my mum and family. Im struggling. It is hard to show it. Well people may see me looking as normal. But deep down behind the scenes im not ok.

It's hard grieve isnt a good thing to have. But I lost 3 family members this year and one of those family members was someone who made sure I ate my vegetables at a young age and showed me her Classic car which she loved. She was always supportive and smiling.

My mum told her that I am the Captain of Leeds Rhinos LDSL team but what can I say as my grandma is a Hull KR fan. I lost my grandma back in June and it was the hardest thing to live with.

I had my family and Jenny and her family and my friends trying to cheer me up and today would have been her 80th Birthday 🎂 . Just wish she got to see me play and meet Jenny.

Happy birthday Grandma you will be missed by all.

It has been a hard couple of weeks lately. Today has been hard because not only did my family lose a mum but also we lost a grandma, a relative, a friend to people. She was a massive Elvis Presley fan and loved her classic cars. I think it was to be me liking her classic car in her garage.

She would tell me when I was a young age to eat all my veg and she would also pull on my cheeks which I still hate to this day. Anyway my grandma was always there for family, her friends and Jim who has been part of her live for over 40 years.

She will be missed by all and will be in all our hearts.

My 2025 players photoshoot for the season. This Captain is aiming for positiveness and a never give up personality. Im raising the roof to show no matter what. I am aiming to make a difference with my head held high. My partner has kept me going over these years. My Leeds Rhinos family has kept me positive even becoming one of the LDSL Player of the year coming from a gruelling 2023 and doing the Rob Burrow Marathon which I will be doing again for 2025 as well and no matter what having a great 2025 which will lead to 2026 and doing the . I have shown grit and determination is key and the have done that. I also have done a course which has made me become a Licensed referee. Anyway my respect for people around me is going to keep going.

Greatness is key. Be the best you can be.

Today I am in york this morning as I attempt to run York 10k Jane Tomlinson's Run For All . I have done Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon this year and Leeds 10k this year but thought why not. It's a new challenge. So I'm running on behalf of my partner Jenny and her family and also for the Leeds Rhinos and my family and friends and each and every sponsor I am running for. I an running for a purpose but to prove haters wrong.

What a honour it was last night to be part of the 2024 season launch alongside my partner and some of my teammates and players from various other teams up and down the country.

When I first joined and signed in 2018, it was a massive achievement then and getting to play first match at Magic Weekend in Liverpool to fast forward 5 years later and it is still going strong especially with teams from PDRL, wheelchair, women's, men's, academy and college.

has defined a new era of rugby league and built it to continue growing.

I have become 1 of the LD Ambassadors for RLWC with Jenny to being an advocate for LDSL and one of the people who inspires others. I hope one day can see me and jen on . But that's a dream and hope in the words of a G.O.A.T

From x session tonight in Burley Park which I did 4 laps of in 30 minutes. I'm still being one of the Captain's on the rugby pitch but I'm aiming to not give up to make myself and family and partner and friend proud. Its a big achievement to do the Rob Burrow Marathon as a player. I do this for the people and a person said to me "In order to never give up, you should have hope"

From being a person of 24 stone to being 14 stone and underweight to being 22 stone and then 20 stone and still going and striving.i would say my aim is to keep going. I need to keep to.a training routine.

If anyone is interested as I'm doing a set of challenges over the months but this is my first ever marathon.
