It’s Skin Cancer Awareness Month. To spot skin cancer early, it helps to know how your skin normally looks. That way, you'll notice any changes more easily.

Talk to your doctor if you notice any of these symptoms, or anything else unusual for you. In most cases, it won’t be cancer – but if it is, getting diagnosed early when treatment is more likely to be successful can make all the difference.

This Thursday, our Mental Health Carers Group will be taking the first Carers Count Barge Trip of the year - but certainly not the last! Our Barge Trips, run with Safe Anchor Trust, are a great way to get outside, enjoy the warmer weather, and take in some lovely scenery 🔆
