Most people don’t struggle with knowing what to eat. They struggle making the right decisions when life gets busy, you’re tired, stressed, in a rush and nothing is ready to grab.
Batch cooking or meal prepping isn’t about being “that person” who always eats boring meals out of Tupperware. It’s about making your week easier and giving you less decisions to make when you’re on the go.
In literally 60-90 minutes on a weekend you could set yourself up for a much better week by batch cooking some of the basics. You can mix and match and add seasonings later.
