A little one tonight for anyone whose brain is struggling to switch off. It’s okay to need a little more time to recharge. It doesn’t mean you’re behind, lazy, starting the year on the wrong foot. It just means you need a little more time to rest. Ramble ramble from me but hope it can help anyone feeling the same xx

I am once again assessing infection control procedures and requirements, and the rationale behind them. Taking into account all of the guidance from the Government, the Health and Safety Executive and my Professional Association, I have updated my Risk Assessment.

As wearing a mask reduces the risk for other people (but remember, it doesn’t totally eliminate all risk) I will still be wearing PPE, and will continue to request those of you who are able, to continue to wear a mask.

I will still be contacting you before your appointment to check whether you or any of your household have tested positive, and asking you to let me know if anything changes in this regard.

As we all move through the changes that have shaped our lives over the last 16 months, we need to remember that there will be more changes, and I will continue to keep your safety at the heart of all my working practices.
