We are so proud to share Sarah’s amazing journey with you all πŸ’•

So far, Sarah has lost an incredible 8Β½ stone at one of our local groups πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
When she first started, Sarah was facing some worrying health news, with high liver markers linked to fatty liver disease. But she made the decision to take control & what a difference she’s made ❀️
Not only has she achieved an incredible weight loss, but all of her liver markers are now back to normal πŸ™Œ

β€˜I’ve gone from just existing to really living πŸ™Œ!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 πŸ‘‘! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight πŸ’”.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🀩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying β€˜yes’ to every adventure πŸ₯Ή, Fiona has truly transformed her life.
