A rare update to my Facebook feed, but I’m feeling inspired after a busy and informative couple of days at Therapy Expo NEC Birmingham last week. Looking forward to using my new knowledge/updates from the expo and new equipment from ActivBody , activeforce2 💪, and in physio sessions from now on. Hoping to monitor strength improvements with the Activforce 2 more objectively and excited to see how the ‘Tend Deep’ can help release trigger points on many patients. My lovely new equipment from Amp was very well received by my cheeky dog ‘Ted’ when I attempted a Pilates session at the weekend! ☺️

Apologies for the lack of updates on my page this year. Despite the massive reduction of face to face sessions, time has flown by and I have been very busy with phone and virtual consultations. A very different way of working and although not ideal, the sessions have been helpful to many and most importantly have kept everyone as safe as possible.
I want to wish you all the happiest, healthiest Christmas you can have with the current restrictions and here’s hoping for a better year in 2021. Best wishes, Vikki 🎄
