Open plunge session Saturday 12th November £10

We have an open cold water plunge session this Saturday 12th November from 08:30 till 10:30 For cold water plungers who have plunged with us before ( sorry no cold newbies on this session) No need to book just turn up between these times and take the plunge 🥶. Please bare in mind there may be people here during your plunge but we have found this very motivating 🥶.
