We are hoping to introduce an at Home workout that gives you the freedom of working out whenever and wherever you desire which is especially great if you can’t make our current class days and times. This will be a subscription service and you can access the workout link as many times as you wish, but you will not have the WhatsApp group style challenge where I check up on you and keep you on track so there is more freedom in this version.

Ohhh so now everyone’s an overnight transformation expert? 👀

You’re grafting in your dance fitness classes… showing up, sweating, pushing through…
And suddenly people around you are “shrinking” fast and throwing in those little comments…

“Are you seeing results yet?”
“You’ve been going a while…”

Excuse me? ✋🏻

Let’s get one thing straight — we are NOT in a race.

Because while they’re chasing quick fixes…
✨ You’re building strength
✨ You’re building endurance
✨ You’re building a body that actually LASTS

And those fast results? They often come with shortcuts… and shortcuts don’t stick.

Consistency is the real glow-up.
Turning up when you can’t be bothered… THAT’S the flex.

✨ Why our fitness classes are adults only ✨

We’re sometimes asked why children can’t attend our adult fitness classes, so here’s a little explanation.

Our classes are designed specifically for adults — the pace, intensity and exercises are programmed with adult bodies in mind. Not all exercises that are safe and effective for adults are suitable for children whose bodies are still growing.

There are also some important pros to keeping the class adult-only:
• Adults get an hour to focus fully on their own wellbeing
• The workout can be delivered safely at the right intensity
• Everyone can relax, switch off and enjoy the class environment

Of course, we absolutely love teaching children in our dance classes, where the sessions are designed just for them. But our fitness classes are a space for grown-ups to move, recharge and prioritise their own health.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for everyone else… is take an hour for yourself. 💜
