We’re excited to share what we’ve been up to recently! 🎉
Over the past few weeks, we have been delivering sport sessions designed to improve mental health and reduce isolation among adults in our community. Our sessions focus on fun, inclusive activities where everyone can get involved.
Taking part in sport and physical activity is not only great for physical health, but it also has huge benefits for mental wellbeing. Socialising, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive group can help boost mood, build confidence, and reduce feelings of loneliness.
It has been fantastic to see participants connecting with others, enjoying themselves, and leaving sessions feeling more positive and energised.
