We’re excited to launch our new inclusive schools programme across Birmingham! 🏫⚽🎾

The aim?
✔️ Get more of the whole class engaged in sport
✔️ Support staff to adapt activities for all abilities
✔️ Help every child appreciate the physical, social and emotional benefits of PE

It’s about creating a more inclusive, active school environment — where everyone can enjoy sport together.

🎯 Teamwork, Skills & Smiles! 🤝🏐

Today’s session was all about teamwork and fun as everyone paired up to take on a fast-paced throwing and catching challenge! Each duo worked together to score as many points as they could — building not just their coordination and sporting ability, but also confidence, communication, and social skills. 🙌

Brilliant energy, lots of laughter, and a great reminder of the power of sport to bring people together 💬❤️

Tennis 🎾

We enjoyed a variety of tennis games today, focusing on skill development and teamwork. Following our skills challenge, we played an adapted version called floor tennis. It was very fun, and we celebrated our achievements. We also learned the scoring system for tennis 🙌🏻🎾

May half term camps updates ⭐️

As the May half term camps come to an end. Have a look below at all the great fun we had.

Our amazing coaches delivered a range of different sports and games for the children. They played hockey, tennis, dodgeball, cricket and lots more🎾. They were constantly active and having fun, it was amazing to see the teamwork!

Thank you to BRAMA and Sport England for your support ⭐️ Your support enables us to engage young people in sports, which is important as sport can have a positive impact on their physical and mental health.

We had a cracking time doing a egg and spoon race!

Took part in a football match and had a penalty shoot out! Put some goalkeepers skills to the test ⚽️

And to end it all, they took part in a tug of war!!

This was so much fun and amazing to see everybody together and working together⭐️

Could you get a hole-in-one on this course? ⛳️

Today we learned a new sport... golf 🏌‍♀️

Firstly, we got together and discussed the objective of golf and how to play it, including the scoring system. Afterwards, we got creative and worked together in teams to build our own golf courses! This was so much fun and helped improve our social and creativity skills.

We went around each team's course to test them out!

As the Easter holiday camps come to an end, we'd like to share a recap of the wonderful time we all had. 🐰

Our exceptional coaches organised a variety of engaging sports activities, such as relays, competitions, tennis, and hockey, which challenged the children.

We were delighted by the impressive number of participants. Thank you to Sport England and BRAMA for your generous support, making this fun and positive sports experience possible.

Happy Easter 🐣

Sport games can be adapted and inclusive for everybody. Take a look below at all the fun games we did We had so much fun with the Easter games today! ☀️

The group took part in Easter games, which involed an egg and spoon race, finding the easter eggs by using their throwing skills, and working as team to remember where the eggs were to make a pair.

It's so lovely to see everyone enjoying the activities and developing their skills. We played lots of inclusive games, working together as a team. 🙌 Teamwork makes everything better!

Over the past few weeks we have been trialling a new project involving low-intensity physical activity and sports games for adults. Enjoyed the beautiful weather yesterday with an awesome ladies' group! ☀️ We played tons of fun target games, worked in teams to rack up points, and even got competitive with some netball-style challenges. 💪🏽🙌 What a great way to spend the day together!
