One of my goals for 2026 is to collaborate more. To create spaces where people can learn, grow and support one another.
Over the past couple of years, I have been developing wellness days independently and with other professionals and this has been a beautiful reminder of what happens when shared values meet clear intention. Thoughtful planning, meaningful learning, and the joy of creating something that genuinely supports others.
It’s made me reflect on how powerful it can be to step towards the things that matter to us, even when they sit slightly outside our comfort zone.
